Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide full spectrum of administration functions - Liaise with suppliers, vendors, procurement and facilities management to ensure proper operation of office. - Office Security systems (alarm, CCTV and door access) control. - Co-ordination and to manage office renovation projects
Job Requirment
Requirement - Diploma in Administration - Minimum 5 years of office administration experience with Bank / MNC - Experience in office renovation project - Mature, independent, enthusiastic and with strong sense of responsibilities. - A good team player - Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua is preferred - Good command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
