Our client, an International Private Bank, is looking for high caliber candidate for the position. - Account Opening, KYC - Account Documentation, client onboarding - Private Banking
Job Description
Responsibilities - Perform review and check the validity on Bank Forms & KYC required documents - Ensure documents are in line with legislation, regulations and bank policies. - Liaise with Frontline and any counterparties on documentation issues to facilitate the daily account operation. - Participate in PI and PB assessment checking and ensure suitability flagging are updated. - Conduct periodical control and follow up on active and inactive accounts - Prepare various management and regulatory reports. - Handle enquiries related to documentation and operational issues - Ad hoc projects as and when required.
Job Requirment
Requirement - Degree holder with Business Administration or related disciplines. - 5 years Account Opening documentations experience - Good knowledge with HKMA's AML requirement and Risk Assessments - Mature, independent and with good interpersonal skills - Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua is preferred. - Good command with MS Office
