Our client is one of the major Chinese I-bank and they are looking for an experienced candidate to join as VP /AVP with details as below:- - Financial reporting - VP / AVP - 2-3 years experience in Big 4 a MUST - Experience in listed company. I-bank an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare listing documents and financial statements after listing • Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis for senior management’s review • Prepare various returns for PRC reporting purpose • Assist annual audit and tax filing • Liaise with relevant parties for fund related issues • Handle month-end/year-end process • Compute AE commission rebate

Requirements • Bachelor degree in Accountancy and HKICPA or equivalent • 2-3 years' practical experience in financial service industry and 2-3 years’ audit experience in big 4 a MUST • Capable of preparing financial reports , management reports, cash flow statements • Knowledgeable in accounting technical issues, listing rules and Hong Kong tax law (which implies local graduates with listed companies exposure, either via audit or financial reporting experience) • A good team player and able to deal with colleagues from different department; strong analytical & communication skills, and good attention to details • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
