Job Description
Responsibilities : - To develop the effective hiring channels and recruitment practices are conducted at a high professional standard and in a timely manner. - As Business Partner with Line Managers in the areas of organization structure review. - Review HR policies and procedures are in compliance with Law and Corporate requirements. - Support and facilitate the annual Performance Management process. - Provide training and coaching from the HR Perpective - Provide strategic HR support to Business Partners. - Ad hoc HR projects as and when required.
Job Requirment
Requirement - Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines - Min 4 years HR Generalist with Bank, Financial Institution or MNC - Strong business understanding and business partnering experience. - Excellent team player - Procession of strategic and organization agility. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred.
