Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • CSD officer is primarily responsible for co-ordination, administration, and handling of customer (corporate only) service related works including but not limited to corporate account opening / maintenance, on-line banking, on-boarding customer due diligence check, KYC review, customer’s information system maintenance; • Handle customer’s enquiries of various kinds including but not limited payment / remittance, bills, etc. and provide service solution with focus on customer’s centricity. • Preparation of various MIS reports for the bank’s management
Job Requirment
Requirements: • Is University graduate with a major in Business, Economics, Finance or Banking preferably; • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant commercial banking experiences and possesses basic knowledge of general banking documentation, commercial banking products, relationship management, KYC and AML; • Is responsible and a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Proficiency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a must. Any other European languages e.g. Dutch or French is a plus.
