Job Description : - Manage a team of finance staff to handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including month end closing, management reporting, audit report and Annual Report, cash flow management, budgeting, inter-co transactions, coaching and development of staff, etc. - Oversee an accounting matters for HK & PRC offices to ensure compliance with regulated rules, policies and procedures (Singapore office preferably but not a must) - Liaise with external parties, e.g. auditors, bankers, legal counsels, company secretaries, tax advisers, business partners for ad-hoc assignments - Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirement : - Degree holder in Account, Finance, Economic or related disciplines. - Qualified Accountant with over 12 years accounting experience with Financial Institution - Comprehensive exposure to Hong Kong, the PRC accounting standards and taxation rules - Experience in using Yonyou is preferred - With sound analytical, problem-solving and management skill - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua - Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature and have a strong sense of responsibility
