Job Description
Responsibilities: - To identify training and development needs on Compliance & Risks issue - Develop Compliance & Risk guidelines and control issues, review operation procedure manuals and control documents. - To update internal / external on Compliance & Risk to related parties. - Prepare compliance & risk reports to facilitate control monitoring. - Handling enquiries related to Compliance & Risk and resolve with solutions / advice. - Enforce a strong Compliance & Risk mindset within the Bank through role modeling and continuous education.
Job Requirment
Requirements: - University graduate in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Finance or related disciplines. - Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in banking, compliance, training and development - Sound knowledge of banking related regulatory requirements - Strong analytical, problem solving, detail oriented and with good time management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent with Putonghua
