Responsibilities To manage training schedule, organising & co-ordination, training administration and training record etc eg CPT To conduct staff training / briefing section To conduct recruitment and new hire cycle To participate HR ad hoc and on going projects
Job Requirment
Requirements: University degree in HR, Training , Psychology or any relevant discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience of Training & HR in Banking / Finance Industry Good knowledge of Regulatory requirement eg HKMA, SFC Solid experience in Training and pratical exposure in Recruitment A good team player, good interpersonal skills and communication skills Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
