Requirements Degree Holder or above with professional legal qualification At least 12 years experience in Legal legal advice and support to business partners preferrably in Banking & Finance or Insurance Strong knowledge with hands on experience of drafting, reviewing and revising various types of commercial documents ( not limited to Distribution Agreement, Placing Bank Agreement, Market Making Agreement, Agency Agreement, Broker Business Agreement, Priority Agreement for Co-Financing Scheme, Outsourcing and Service Agreement, Insurance Broker Agreement, Insurance Agent Agreement, and General Loan Documents etc) Of which minimum 3 years of solid team leading experience Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Good team player with strong people management skills, organisation and communication skill
