- Securities Settlement, Futures, Options - Re-engineering - Good supervisory skills, Team Player

Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of securities clearing and settlement to support the operating and processing for securities business Review the operating procedures and workflows for process re-engineering and improvements to improve the operational efficiency for transaction processing and execution Perform risk and governance framework and manage the business and operational risk control as the first line of defense Ensure the back-office operations process, policies and procedures are in place and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; Minimum of 15 years of securities operations experience with over 8 years in a managerial position in securities firms with good knowledge on futures, bond, equity, FX Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Securities Manager.
