Requirements Degree holder with professional qualification ie PCLL Over 5-year of relevant experience in banking / Law firm / FI Strong corporate business and good knowledge of banking & commercial law is an asset Good knowledge of PRC Laws / practical experience in PRC is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, detail oriented, independent and multi-tasking, able to meet tight schedule Conversant with MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
