Our client a reputable bank is looking for a high caliber to join the bank - Risk Management, Internal Control - KRI, RCSA - High Caliber

Responsibilities: Maintain operational risk management related policies and guidelines Implement operational risk management tools (KRI, RCSA), monitor and track effectiveness of risk controls and maintain proper records Manage operational risk / loss event database Analyze operational risk and loss data Prepare risk management reports Perform operational risk assessment on new products / services, on-going product due diligence, outsourcing and other new business initiatives Administer and participate in bank-wide drill activities Provide training to promote staff awareness of operational risk management and internal control culture in the Bank Support administration of a committee that oversees operational risk management and internal control of the Bank

Requirements: University graduate or above 3 years or above in risk management, internal control function, operational control or fraud management Strong data analysis and analytical skills Excellent communication and people management skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Good PC knowledge Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
