Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist Deputy General Manager in customer relationship management by providing prompt feedback to customer enquiries; Prepare pipeline/closed deal report regularly by working with teams (CMB, CIB,GIB) and partners; Perform market research and survey as assigned in an effective and timely manner; Provide efficient administrative support by working closely with the Team; Perform calendar management, coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; Handle any ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Job Requirment
Requirements: University degree graduate with minimum 3 years working experience; prior experience in banking industry would be a definite asset; Strong skills in data analysis, conducting research and report preparations in both excel and powerpoint format; Possess commercial business sense is highly preferable; Pleasant, self-motivated with strong customer-service mindset; Good organization, communication and presentation skills; Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin; Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office include Excel (include Macro processing), Powerpoint. Less experience, will be considered Officer
