Job Description
Responsibilities: - Oversee the full spectrum of compensation and benefits operations including delivering quality HR and payroll services. - Take charge of strategic HR projects, pay structure, rewards and benefits programs - Prepare annual bonus recommendation worksheet, assist in bonus allocation, incentive awards and annual salary review & promotion exercise - Good knowledge of labor legislation and ensure all the compensation plans are in compliance with regulatory requirements - Track compensation and benefits benchmark data, identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees - Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
Job Requirment
Qualification: - University graduate in Human Resources/Business Accounting - 8 years’ experience in managing compensation and benefits and familiar with HRIS system - Good interpersonal skills and communication, a team oriented independent HR professional, able to work under pressure, flexible with positive working attitude - Strong management and analytical skills to present and analysis complex data in a way appropriate to the diverse audiences. - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese - Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel and Power Point
