Job Description
Responsibilities - To manage the execution of all payroll related processes, including monthly payroll, final payments, ad hoc payments and ORSO/MPF contribution - To monitor the submission of accurate tax reports and the annual salary tax returns to the Inland Revenue Department - To communicate with mainland and overseas parties on payments and tax reporting of secondees - To prepare payroll related and compliance reports - To handle system enhancement & development projects for operational needs - To be a team member of Human Resources Department - To carry out ad hoc payroll related projects and assignments
Job Requirment
Requirements - University graduate, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline - Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on banking/financial services experience in payroll and salaries tax - Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations - Solid experience in supervising a payroll team - A good team player, detail-oriented and well organized - Computer skills with experience in PeopleSoft an advantage - Good communication skills and risk awareness - Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
