Job Description
Responsibilities - To work at Mainland China’s Guangdong Province under secondment terms. - To lead the Customer Contact Centres including Hong Kong Hotlines, Mainland Hotlines and Telemarketing. - To meet service level agreements, business targets and comply with relevant regulatory requirements. - To be responsible for planning, project management and staff development. - To streamline operation processes to improve cost control and productivity - To implement and monitor new task migrations.
Job Requirment
Requirements - Bachelor degree holder in Banking, Finance or related discipline - Minimum of 10 years’ solid working experience in banking/call centre operations or business process outsourcing, of which at least 8 years at managerial level. - Strong leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
