Our client is a well established bank with extensive branch network. - 5 years’ banking operations experience - Business Management - good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities : - To assist and coordinate the overall business activities and operations of the assigned branches with Head Office - To review and analyze financial performance reports, budgets, business plans and other operational / business proposals submitted by branches - To work with branches on new business initiatives, new product promotions and development of new strategies - To co-ordinate with branches on projects/exercises initiated by Head Office - To co-ordinate with branches on operational issues which require the support of Head Office’s related departments - To take up ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements : - University graduate, with a minimum of 5 years’ banking experience - Good knowledge of banking operations and rules and compliance requirements in the banking sector - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Mature, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
