Job Description
Job Responsibilities: - Supervise an administrative team to manager full spectrum of administrative functions including office supplies & office equipment maintenance, document filing, mailing & courier management and etc. - Handle premises and office facilities management and equipment maintenance - Prepare annual budget and monitor cost-control measures on office administration - Formulate, review and implement office policies and procedures, safety and office security rules - Organise and manage office renovation/ facilities improvement/relocation projects - Handle ad-hoc projects and administration duties as assigned
Job Requirment
Requirements: - Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines - At least 8 years of office administrative experience in managerial capacity, preferably in financial industry - Experience in office renovation, relocation and outsourcing is preferably - Willing to work overtime at irregular hours if necessary - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills with can-do attitude - Proficient in MS Office - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
