Job Description
Responsibilities: - Act as HR Generalist and provide overall leadership and guidance on various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, salary review, performance management, staff training, expatriate arrangement, legal and regulatory compliance - Supervise a small HR team to ensure smooth running of HR operations, adherence to HR best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Requirment
Requirements: - Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent - 10-15 years of all-rounded HR operations and generalist experience - Prior experience gained in Banking & Financial Institutions is preferred - Hands on approach, attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines - Conversant with MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
