Job Description
Responsibilities: - Act as HR Generalist and provide overall leadership and guidance on various HR & Admin functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, salary review, performance management, staff training, expatriate arrangement, legal and regulatory compliance & general admin management - Supervise a small HR & Admin team to ensure smooth running of HR & Admin operations, adherence to HR best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Requirment
Requirements: - Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent - 10-15 years of all-rounded HR operations and generalist experience - Prior experience gained in Banking & Financial Institutions is preferred - Hands on approach, attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines - Conversant with MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
