Our client is looking for an Associate to oversee employee orientation and training, prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities. Coordinate events that facilitate employees’ morale, health and productivity. - Has obtained a Bachelor's Degree - 2 to 4 years experience in banking or finance - Fluent spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: - Schedule technical, management and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance - Maintain employee training records especially CPT - Assess training needs for new and existing employees and identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps - Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs - Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design - Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks - Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness - Track and report on training outcomes and provide feedback to program participants and management
Job Requirment
Requirements: - Has obtained a bachelor’s degree - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is a MUST - Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal Mandarin, Cantonese and English - Proficient with Microsoft Office
