Our client is a reputable bank looking for a promising candidate to join their HR Team - HR Generalist - Handle monthly payroll - 3 years experience in HR management
Job Description
Responsibilities - Handle full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management - Arrange monthly payroll, P-fund contribution and tax return - Assist with employee onboarding, background check, coordinate and scheduling interview arrangement - Manage the leave record management, human resources information system and participate in other HR projects and initiatives - Review and execute all benefits programs including MPF, staff insurance benefits - Organize staff relations activities and other corporate social responsibilities functions
Job Requirment
Requirements - University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline - Minimum 3 years experience in human resources management preferably in bank/financial institutions - Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements - Responsible, committed, organizing with attention to details - Proficient in MS office applications - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
