Job Description
Responsibilities To manage and analyze financial performance KPIs in order to identify business performance for optimizing business profitability To oversee budget plans of segment acquisition, product penetration, qualify ratio and uplift the product per customer Be responsible for cost monitoring associated with project(s) assigned, ensure that there is no over spending To formulate customer acquisition and portfolio management strategies and implement competitive and cost-effective marketing programmes to meet new customer and revenue per customer target To ensure customer touch points with best customer experience for product cross-selling solutions for customer AUM and revenue growth To monitor and analyze business, financial and portfolio performance to improve customer acquisition KPIs, qualified ratio & product penetration rate To enhance customer loyalty through customer delights and organize customer events to deepen customer relationship To identify, propose and drive business initiatives to ramp up acquisition capabilities (including but not limited to new channel development, system enhancement and process re-engineering) To coordinate with other departments / branches and oversee the launch of initiatives in effective and efficient way To ensure proper flows and processes are in force for the touchpoints to deliver sales and service pledge To propose idea, work plan & end-to-end execution of the projects assigned To lead the section to drive the business related initiatives To communicate with both internal and external customers for effective delivery Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work To provide various segment acquisition and portfolio management related sales support, including but not limited to localized promotions for branches, event management and coupons/souvenirs stock monitoring To perform ad hoc tasks for the Department and Personal Banking Division
Job Requirment
Requirements University Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline; Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in product marketing, distribution and sales support management position which include: at least 8 years of managerial experiences Solid experience in product marketing and distribution in banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record of delivering results Sound knowledge about the bank’s products & services and project management skill A team leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply market data and trends High proficient of both spoken and written English and Chinese
