Job Description
Responsibilities - Act as MLRO and provide quality advisory service to other business and other stakeholders on AML/CFT/sanction matters - Lead the AML/CFT team to provide support to Head of Compliance and senior management to ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to AML/CFT/sanction matters - Develop and maintain policies and procedures on AML/CFT and sanction matters to ensure a robust AML/CFT/sanction control framework - Establish suspicious transaction reporting (STR) escalation protocol framework and oversee STR filing - Manage AML/CFT related initiatives such as IRA and other system enhancements - Lead the AML/CFT team to conduct compliance assurance review on AML/CFT/sanction related processes and controls - Liaise with regulators on AML/CFT/sanction related enquiries - Coordinate/deliver other related tasks such training, management reporting and committee meeting materials
Job Requirment
Requirements - Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Law or related discipline - Minimum 12 years of experience in AML/CFT/sanction gained in banking industry, consultancies or regulators - Familiar with global and local AML/CFT/sanction rules and regulations - Strong management and communication skills - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Good PC knowledge - Good interpersonal skills and attention to details
