Job Description
Responsibilities - Design and create the Bank’s C&B programmes, including grading structure, salary scale, annual salary review, bonus scheme, performance management system, payroll operations and employee benefit programmes etc. - Review and refurbish the performance management system - Review HR policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook, Performance Management policy, Remuneration Policy, Leave Policy, Travel and Entertainment Policy, Insurance Policy, and other employee benefits
Job Requirment
Requirements - University graduate, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline - Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment legislation - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits area, preferably from banks or financial institutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
